Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The specimen is dropped to the analysis slide 2 and measurement is made >=2 times in the prescribed measurement time by a measuring means 1 for measuring enzyme activity in a dry reaction system. This measurement time is previously determined by the measurement item of the analysis slide 2. A control means 3 determines the material concn. or activity value by the difference in the reflection density. From the reflection density obtd. by the measuring means 1. The absolute value of the reflection density is detected in the control means 3 and the material concn. or activity value is judged to be abnormal according to whether the absolute value is larger than the prescribed value or not. The abnormality of the measurement result is displayed by a display means 4.
