Claims (1)
送途中にマイクロ波加熱させる前加熱処理部の下
部に後加熱処理部を設置して構成され、該後加熱
処理部が、上記前加熱処理部から落下する茶葉を
受け入れ撹拌・搬送する回転ドラムと、該回転ド
ラムの内部に配設した赤外線ヒータとで成り、茶
葉が該回転ドラム内において撹拌・搬送されなが
ら赤外線加熱されて火香付けされるようにしたこ
とを特徴とする茶葉乾燥装置。 (2) 上記回転ドラムを六角形に形成したことを
