この考案は配電ブレーカーに係る端子カバー取

は、かなり手間のかかる作業でありまた製造上ネ

決するもので、凸字状の蓋体２の肩部の平面部６

け、一方、蓋体２と器体１を結合するかしめピン
１１には、鍔状の頭部１２とその下にピン孔２１
より大径の段部１３を設ける。蓋体２と器体１
は、蓋体２の凸部の立ち上がり部分に於て段部１
３でかしめる。又端子カバー７は周縁５の内側に
納まる外形寸法で、ピン孔２１に対応する位置に
かしめピン１１の段部径より稍々広い幅のＵ字状
溝９を設ける。このようにして端子カバー７取り
付けは、Ｕ字状溝９を前記鍔状の頭部１２下の段
部１３に挿入して完了し、従来の問題点を解決し

次に端子カバー７の取り付け方法を説明する

ほぼ段部１３の半径程度挿入したときに第３図の
如き状態となり、端子カバー７の、上面では挿入
先端部で頭部１２の下面と当接し、下面では先端
部で平面部６に、挿入手前側で周縁５に当接して
それ以上の挿入には抵抗を生じる。然しこの状態
から突起部１０を更に強く押すと端子カバー７を
撓みつつ挿入が進み、遂には周縁５の内側に納ま
る。従つて、端子カバー７は周縁５から自由に抜
け落ちることはない。次に端子カバー７の取り外
しは、突起部１０を指先で摘み、周縁５より高く
押し上げつつ引き出すことにより蓋体２より簡単

る、鍔状の頭部１２の下部に段部１３を前記ピン
孔２１より大きい径とした、かしめピン１１とよ
りなる配電ブレーカーに係る端子カバー取付装
