Laminated multiple veneers coated with adhesive,
Conventional artificial decorative veneer that is pressure-glued to obtain fritchi, and sliced from this frittu from a predetermined direction to express a wood grain pattern on the surface of the material, which is based on the annual ring lines of the laminated boundary surfaces of the veneers of each material. In the manufacturing method, since the material veneer used had a smooth surface, the annual ring lines reproduced on the surface of the artificially decorated veneer 1 obtained as shown in Fig. 1 were monotonous. It had the disadvantage of lacking a natural feel.

One embodiment of this invention will be described based on FIG. 2. That is, as shown in Figure A, this artificial decorative veneer manufacturing method involves roughening the middle part of one surface in the longitudinal direction using a sander or a gold brush to form a rough surface region 2a with fine irregularities. An adhesive is applied to one surface of the formed material veneer 2 using a coating means such as a roll coater 3 as shown in Figure B, and the material veneer 2 that has been subjected to the adhesive application process is shown in Figure C. The layers are stacked so that the surfaces on which the rough surface area 2a is formed are aligned on one side, and the rough surface area 2a at the middle part of the material veneer 2 formed by the roughening treatment becomes a curved part. As shown in FIG. The unevenly deformed fritches 7 are then sliced in a certain direction as shown in FIG. E to obtain an artificial decorative veneer 1' as shown in FIG. F.

In this way, since the rough surface area 2a of the raw material veneer 2 becomes a curved part during pressure bonding by the uneven mold 6, the raw material veneer 2 corresponding to this curved part
The compressive pressure that the rough surface area 2a receives is smaller than the pressure in the surrounding area, and therefore, in this curved part, the laminated contact surfaces of the raw material veneer 2 are pressed and completely brought into close contact. However, as shown in the enlarged cross-sectional view in Fig. 3, some voids remain, and based on the minute irregularities in the rough surface area 2a, the grain pattern expressed on the surface of the resulting artificial decorative veneer 1' is created. Concave-shaped unevenness occurs in the curved annual ring part (corresponding to the rough surface area 2a), and this unevenness expresses a concentrated three-dimensional conduit 1'a as shown in Fig. 2F. It is possible to create an artificial decorative veneer 1' that reproduces the concentrated three-dimensional conduit seen in .

In the above-mentioned pressure bonding process, the phenomenon that the pressure is unevenly distributed around the curved part and only relatively small pressure is applied at the curved part is due to the fact that
Since the curvatures of the opposing convex and concave surfaces of the concave-convex die 6 for pressing are usually the same, the thickness direction of the material veneer 2, that is, the normal direction, is uneven in the central part of the material veneer 2, which is the curved part. While it almost coincides with the pressing direction of the mold 6, the normal direction deviates from the pressing direction at the periphery or end, and the thickness measured in the pressing direction differs from the center at the periphery or end. This is thought to be due to the fact that the artificially decorated veneer 1' shown in FIG.
In order to effectively generate a, the pressure on the curved portion in the pressure bonding process must be 0.3 to 5.
Kg/cm 2 is preferable, and in this case, the uneven type 6
In the case of this uneven mold 6, the average clamping pressure applied to the mold is 5 to 30 kg/cm 2 . However, the average clamping pressure at which the pressure on the curved portion is 0.3 to 5 kg/cm 2 varies depending on the shape of the uneven mold 6 and is not necessarily constant.

As described above, the method for producing artificial decorative veneers of the present invention involves laminating a plurality of material veneers with an adhesive, press-bonding them with a concave-convex mold to obtain a frit, and slicing the frit. In the veneer manufacturing method, prior to laminating the raw material veneers, a rough surface area with minute irregularities is formed on a part of one side of these raw material veneers, and then the raw material veneers with the rough surface areas formed are laminated. After that, since the rough surface area is pressed and bonded with the uneven mold so that it becomes a curved part, one of the annual ring lines reproduced on the surface of the obtained artificially decorated veneer is A concentrated three-dimensional conduit based on the rough surface area can be expressed in the area, giving an excellent natural feel.

Example 1 A 100 mm width area in the middle of a 1.0 mm thick veneer made of Aius wood was roughened using a #80 sander, and 80 roughened veneers were bonded using a urea adhesive. The angle θ between the contact surface t of both ends of the curved surface of the upper mold 4 or the lower mold 5 shown in FIG. 2C and the horizontal surface p is 30 degrees, and the radius of curvature R of the uneven surface is 300
mm, and a mold width W of 800 mm, the material was pressed and bonded using an uneven mold with an average pressing pressure of 18 kg/cm 2 so that a pressure of 1 kg/cm 2 was applied to the rough surface area, which is the curved part of the veneer material. A concave-convex deformed fritchi was obtained, and the concave-convex deformed fritchi was sliced to a slice thickness of 0.35 mm to obtain an artificial decorative veneer.

Example 2 A 50 mm width area in the middle of a 0.8 mm thick veneer made of white canaryium wood was roughened using a gold brush, and 60 of the roughened veneers were coated with melamine adhesive. The angle θ shown in Fig. 2 C is 18 degrees, the radius of curvature R is 200 mm, and the mold width W
Using a concave-convex mold with a diameter of 500 mm, the concave-convex deformed fritz is obtained by pressing and bonding with an average pressing pressure of 10 Kg/cm 2 so that a pressure of 1.2 Kg/ cm2 is applied to the rough surface area corresponding to the curved part, and this concave-convex deformed fritz An artificial decorative veneer was obtained by slicing it into 0.25 mm thick pieces using a slicing blade.
