Abstract
PURPOSE: To simplify set-up, and to decrease the number of elements by controlling at least one current source according to amplitude detected by an amplitude controller in at most one half part of an oscillation period. CONSTITUTION: At the time of starting, a transistor N2 , P2 amplitude detector, and P3 current source are in an interrupted state, and when reference currents decrease a control voltage at a mutual connecting point K3 through a transistor N3 , a transistor P1 is conducted at a high level. When currents running through this transistor P1 are sufficiently increased to a level fulfilling an oscillation condition, the oscillation is immediately started. Then, the transistor N2 converts positive oscillation fluctuation into currents, and these currents are integrated by a capacitor C2 . Therefore, a voltage between the both ends of the capacitor C2 is decreased, and as a result, a transistor P3 is conducted. Thus, a potential at the mutual connecting point K3 can be increased, and a current passage passing through the transistor P1 can be adjusted to a low value.
