用いる水中ポンプに接続する送水管に関するもの

用いると、給水時の振動等によつて蛇腹状をした
送水管1に捩れが生じ、この捩れた部分に水と一
緒に吸入した砂等が溜り、送水管1が詰るといつ
た問題があつた。このため従来は、水中ポンプA
の使用中に、送水管1内に砂等が溜り、水中ポン
プAからの吐出量が極端に低下すると、水中ポン
プAの作動を一端停止し、水中ポンプAから送水
管1を取外し、送水管1内を清掃せねばならず、
作業能率が極端に低下するといつた問題があつ

周面にテーパ面を有する袋ナツトと、この袋ナツ
トのテーパ面と直管の外周面との間に介在させた
楔状部材とによつて行い、かつ、上記複数本の直
管の内、水平部分に使用する送水管と接続される

実施例
第1図は本考案に係る送水管10を水中ポンプ

てスライドさすことにより、送水管10の全長を
調節できるようにしてある。又第3の直管13の
先端は、図示の如く略直角に折曲形成してあり、
水平部分に使用する送水管15との接続を容易に
してある。尚、第1及び第3の直管11,13を
スライドさせた後の第2の直管12に対する位置
決め固定は、例えば第2図に示すようにすればよ
い。即ち、第2の直管12の端部外周面にネジ部
12aを設け、このネジ部12aに、内周面にテ
ーパ面16aを有する袋ナツト16を螺装し、こ
の袋ナツト16と第1或いは第3の直管11,1
3の外周面との間に楔状空間17を形成する。そ
してこの楔状空間17内に楔状部材18を介在さ
せ、この状態で袋ナツト16を螺動させ、楔状部
材18を第1或いは第3の直管11,13に圧接
さすことにより、第1及び第3の直管11,13
の第2の直管12に対する位置決め固定を行う。
尚、図中19は第1或いは第3の直管11,13
と第2の直管12との間に介在させたOリングで
ある。又第1の直管11と水中ポンプAとを接続
する上記した短寸の接続管14は合成樹脂等を用
いて蛇腹状に形成してあり、この接続管14によ
り、水中ポンプAの第1乃至第3の直管11,1
2,13に対する姿勢変化を自由に行わせると同
時に、水中ポンプAの振動を吸収させる。又この
接続管14と水中ポンプAとの接続部は回転自在

この送水管は伸縮自在に形成してあるため、工事
現場の状況によつて変化する揚程に対応して送水
管の全長を可変できると同時に、不使用時には全
長を短縮させ、コンパクトに収納できる。C.
