Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of the angle between the bottom wall and the side wall of a platelike injection molded object by providing a specified stripe groove on the line between the bottom wall and the side wall. CONSTITUTION:Injection molding is achieved so as to constitute a cross section into a U-shape. A stripe groove 30 is provided along the folded line K between a bottom wall 10 and a side wall 20. The depth (d) of the stripe groove 30 is 30-60% of the thickness (t) of the bottom wall 10, whereby the adjacency of the stripe groove 30 may be more quickly cooled and cured than the bottom wall 10 and the side wall 20. The angle between the bottom wall 10 and the side wall 20 of a platelike injection molded object may be surely kept as same as its design and does not change after injection molding.
