  1. 発振回路とバラクタダイオードとの接続点に制
    御電圧端子を接続し、該端子への制御電圧を変化
    させて発振周波数を可変できるようにした電圧制
    御発振器において、上記バラクタダイオードの上
    記接続点と制御電圧端子との間に抵抗を接続した
    ことを特徴とする電圧制御発振器。
