ンスを変化させた場合の変調入力感度偏差特性図
である。 図において、１は発振回路、４はバラクタダイ
オード、７は制御電圧端子、１０は容量である。

Claims (1)
- 発振回路とバラクタダイオードとの接続点に制
御電圧端子を接続し、該端子への制御電圧を変化
させて発振周波数を可変できるようにした電圧制
御発振器において、上記バラクタダイオードの上
記接続点とアースとの間に容量を接続したことを
特徴とする電圧制御発振器。
