Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform the following-up work of high precision by multiplying the speed of a work by a processing delay time peculiar to a passage detecting means and obtaining a distance, for which the work is moved in the processing delay tie, to perform correction. CONSTITUTION:A pulse P generated by a pulse generator 11 set to a conveyor is converted to the speed of the work by a differentiator 13, and this speed V and a constant K based on the processing delay time peculiar to a sequencer 4 which a constant output circuit 14 outputs are multiplied by a multiplier 15. A processing delay distance KV of the obtained output is latched in a latch circuit 16 at the time of output of a signal phi, which has a time delay to a reference signal, from the sequencer 4, and a processing delay distance KVphi is inputted to an adder 17 by the output. Meanwhile, a counted value C of a counter 12 which indicates the distance of movement of the work after output of the signal phi is continuously inputted to the adder 17. Then, the output of the adder 17 is the corrected distance from a detecting sensor to the moving work, namely, a position W of the work, and this position W is inputted to controllers 5a and 6a.
