Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a releasing dispenser capable of keeping the releasing rate especially at the latter stage of release, by dividedly sealing a pheromone substance along the length in a thin tube permeable to pheromone vapor, having a specific inner diameter and made of polyethylene or an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. CONSTITUTION:The objective dispenser is produced by using a thin tube 1 permeable to pheromone vapor, having an average inner diameter of 0.5-3mm and made of polyethylene or an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, longitudinally dividing the tube into >=3 chambers and sealing a phermone substance 4 in each chamber at a liquid length of <=60mm each. The total amount of the pheromone substance 4 is 40-500mg. The ratio L/S of the sealed pheromone substance is especially preferably <=100 wherein S is cross-sectional area calculated by average inner diameter of the tube and L is liquid length. Since the titled dispenser keeps the constant rate of release at the latter stage of release, a stable slowly releasing performance can be achieved over a long period.
