- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 表面を研磨加工された絶縁基板と、 前記絶縁基板上に設けられたガラスグレーズ層
と、 前記ガラスグレーズ層上に設けられた発熱抵抗
体と、 前記発熱抵抗体上の両端に設けられた電極と、 前記発熱抵抗体および電極上に設けられた耐摩
耗性保護層と、 を具備したサーマルヘツド。 (2) 前記絶縁基板は表面、裏面の両面とも研磨
されたものであることを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項記載のサーマルヘツド。 (3) 前記絶縁基板上に設けられた前記ガラスグ
レーズ層は、前記絶縁基板の一部分にのみ設けら
