Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a tube material having high strength and excellent brazability and extrudability by using an Al alloy contg. specific amounts of Mn and Mg to brazing as the tube for supplying or discharging a heating medium to a heat exchanging tube attached with a fin in a heat exchanger made of Al. CONSTITUTION:In a heat exchanger contg. plural straight tube parts 1a deposited parallel to one another and in which corrugated fins 2 made of Al are interposed between a heat exchanging tube 1 consisting of meandering flattening tubes made of Al extrusion material formed with plural heating medium passages therein and the adjacent straight tube parts 1a, an induction side header 3 for a heating medium made of Al is provided to the one end part of the heat exchanging tube 3 and the outlet side header 4 to the other end part. As the material for a heating medium induction tube 5 and outlet tube 6, the Al alloy contg. 1.0-1.5wt.% Mn and 0.2-1.0% Mg is used. The induction tube 5 for the heating medium and the outlet tube 6 having excellent strength, brazability and extrudability can be obtd.
