【表】DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an anti-termite composition having excellent deterioration resistance. As termiticides, polyolefins containing copper naphthenate, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, poly-4-methylpentene-1, especially polyethylene having a density (at room temperature) of at least 0.925 g/cm 3 are used as termiticides. In view of the problem of extremely easy deterioration due to the action of promoting oxidative deterioration, the present invention proposes a termite prevention composition containing copper naphthenate as described in the claims, which has improved deterioration characteristics. Examples of metal deactivators include 3-(N-salicyloyl)amino-1,2,4-triazole, isophthalic acid bis(2-phenoxypropionyl hydrazide), oxalic acid bis(benzylidene hydrazide), N,N'-bis[3-(3',5'-di-t-butyl-4'-hydroxyphenyl)propionyloxyethyl]oxamide, and N,N'-bis[3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)propionyl]
One or more selected from the group consisting of hydrazine is used. The amount of copper naphthenate used is 0.1 to 5 parts, especially 0.2 to 1.0 parts, and the amount of metal deactivator used is 0.01 to 5 parts, especially per 100 parts of polyolefin (parts by weight, the same applies below). It is 0.05 to 1 part. The composition of the present invention can be prepared by mixing the polyolefin with the usual compounding ingredients of the polyolefin, copper naphthenate, and a metal deactivator, which are used as necessary, in a two-roll machine, a Henschel mixer, a Banbury mixer, a mixtruder, etc. can be easily manufactured. The attached table summarizes the anti-termite effects and deterioration characteristics of the compositions of various Examples and Comparative Examples, which were kneaded and mixed using two rolls. The anti-termite effect was measured by the method shown below, and the deterioration characteristics were evaluated by the change in elongation (%) before and after 30 days at 100°C. From the same table, each example has the same degree of termite prevention effect as the comparative example, and moreover, the comparative example deteriorates to the extent that it loses all elongation after heating at 100℃ for 30 days, whereas each example It can be seen that the examples still have sufficient elongation even after heating and thus have excellent resistance to aging. The composition of the present invention is suitable for various uses where termite resistance is a problem, such as electric wire coating materials, building materials, and pipes. To measure termite resistance, a black pine stick with a diameter of 30 mm and a length of 30 cm was coated with a thickness of 2.5 mm, buried in the soil in an experimental site where Japanese termites naturally inhabit, and the degree of feeding damage was observed after one year. . Items with feeding damage are marked with an x, and items with no feeding damage are marked with an ○. 【table】
