Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a chopper and to improve an accuracy by rotating the chopper in which an infrared ray transmission film and an infrared ray absorbing film are alternately disposed and chopping an incident light and absorbing the infrared ray of respective wavelength bands. CONSTITUTION:One transparent disk is divided to the sectors of the same number as the wavelength bands desired to be detected and the infrared ray transmission film 10a and the infrared ray absorbing film 10b of the desired wavelength band are alternately formed on the respective sector areas to constitute the chopper 10. An infrared ray sensor 12 is disposed backward of the chopper 10, the chopper 10 is rotated at prescribed speed by a motor 11, the incident light is chopped and the infrared ray of the respective wavelength bands is detected. The output of this infrared ray sensor 12 is inputted to a controller 16 through an amplifier 14 and an A/D converted 13.
