Abstract

Piezoelectric elements 5a, 5b are pasted to a driver 4 as a group B. When the group A1 is driven first, output voltage is acquired from the group A2 while being delayed at approximately 30 deg. at a resonance point. When voltage delayed at approximately 30 deg. generated from the group A2 is applied to the group B, the driver 4 is bent in the longitudinal direction while being slightly delayed in addition to the vertical direction by the third mode of the base body 1. Accordingly, when a slider is pressure-welded to the nose of the driver 4 previously, the slider can be moved in either left or right, direction.
