Abstract
PURPOSE:To minimize difference between the torque at the time of one-phase excitation and the time of two-phase excitation by making the time of one-phase excitation shorter than the time of two-phase excitation. CONSTITUTION:When image information is input to a recording control section 20, a signal requiring the feed of one line is output to a counter 12 for a motor control section 10. A micro-computer 11 reads excitation data exciting two phase from an excitation pattern memory 15, and outputs the data to output ports 1-4. The micro computer 11 similarly reads excitation data exciting one phase, and outputs the data to the output ports 1-4. The time of two phase excitation is made shorter than the time of one phase excita tion at that time, thus reducing the ripples of torque.
