Claims (1)
- ケース内にソレノイドを設けるとともに、この
ソレノイドの中心部分にプランジヤを設け、当該
ソレノイドを励磁したりあるいはそれを非励磁に
したりしてプランジヤを移動し、供給ポートと排
気ポートとを開閉する一方、このアクチユエータ
ポートと上記排気ポートとを、プランジヤの周囲
に形成した連通路を介して連通してなる空圧電磁
弁において、プランジヤの周囲に、軸線に平行な
複数の切欠きを形成し、この切欠きを上記連通路
としてなる空圧電磁弁。
