Claims (1)
- 入力側ハウジングに圧接自在なピストンプレー
ト構成体と、タービン羽根車に固着されたドリブ
レプレートとを備え、ピストンプレート構成体と
ドリブンプレートの間を弾性手段を介して捩り自
在に連結したトルクコンバーター用ロツクアツプ
ダンパーにおいて、両端壁を有する筒状のダンパ
ーケースを、ピストンプレート構成体の円周方向
に沿う姿勢でピストンプレート構成体に固定し、
ダンパーケース内には円弧形状に複数に分割され
て拡開自在な楔外筒をケース軸心方向に間隔を隔
てて２組配置し、楔外筒の断面形状をケース軸方
向両側に傾斜面を有する楔形とし、楔外筒の外周
面にはダンパーケースの内周面に接触するフエー
シングを設け、各楔外筒のケース軸方向中央部側
の傾斜面にそれぞれ円錐形の楔を当接し、両楔間
にヒステリシス荷重発生用ばねを縮設し、ケース
端壁、両楔外筒及び楔を貫通するロツドをケース
軸心方向移動自在に備え、ロツドのケース内部分
にはそれぞれ楔外筒の残りの傾斜面に当接する円
錐形の楔部を形成し、ロツドの軸方向両端部をド
リブンプレートに当接したことを特徴とするトル
クコンバーター用ロツクアツプダンパー。
