Abstract
PURPOSE:To drastically reduce a sample offset phenomenon with the simple constitution of a switch by using a specific FET as the sample switch. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor C is charged by an input voltage ES through a switch S of the titled sample holding circuit, and a charged holding voltage is outputted through an arithmetic amplifier B. The switch S consists of a LED and the photocoupler of an optical coupling type bidirectional FETJ-FET, and the constitution is simplified, the capacity between electrodes is made smaller, and the sample offset phenomenon is drastically reduced.
