Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent foreign matter from adhering and mixing into the surface of a molded product and even manufacture a colored molded product without staining by providing a fiber layer not impregnated with thermoplastic resin on one surface of a stamping molding material to which thermoplastic resin is impregnated and integrated. CONSTITUTION:When resin is applied for impregnation by overlapping a alternately given quantity of fiber-like material 1 and a resin sheet 2, heating and pressurizing, one surface is so arranged as to position a glass mat 3 as to be an outmost layer. Then, the same is heated and pressurized, and part of the resin molten by heating flows downward and adheres to a thin fiber layer and can be prevented from flowing out into a lower section net. Thus, a stamping molding material constituted of a fiber layer 3 not impregnated with thermoplastic resin and a fiber layer 4 impregnated with thermoplastic resin is manufactured. Thus a molded product can be prevented from staining to be generated by color change of resin adhered to a net 3 or the like.
