Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve mar-resistance, external appearance properties and weather resistance, by a method wherein a specific coating composition is applied to the inside of a matrix, a thin film is formed by heating and drying the same and casting and polymerization are performed by casting base resin raw materials. CONSTITUTION:A coating composition containing hydrolyzate of alkoxysilane containing (meth)acryloxi group, silia sol and alcohol-soluble acrylic resin is applied to at least one inside of a matrix. Then after a thin film has been formed of the same by heating and drying the same beforehand, a base resin raw materials are cast into the matrix. Then the title molding is constituted so that at least one surface to be molded by performing polymerization is cov ered with a cured film derived from the coating composition. Thus the cured film is of a film thickness of 0.003-0.1mm. Acrylic resin or aryl diglycol carbon ate resin or styrene resin is used for the base material.
