CONSTITUTION:A third cam follower 9 is arranged between first and second cam followers 7, 8 and journaled to a rocker shaft 6. Axial end faces 5c, 5d of a cam 5, which oscillates the third cam follower more than the first and second cam followers 7, 8 when a joint changeover mechanism 10 releases a joint, are arranged between axial both end faces of the third cam follower 9. As a result, any interference between the cam 5 and changeover pins 23, 25 can surely be prevented.
