It's about finding a way to do it.

等の欠点を有している。 Conventionally, standard samples for hardness tests, various specimens,
Waterproof electrical circuits, etc. are compounded with a transparent two-component resin. The purpose of this is to prevent breakage and deterioration of the compounded sample, make it easier to handle, and extend its lifespan. However, since it is a two-component resin, as shown in Figure 1, the hardening agent 1 is used as the base 2.
Air mixed in during stirring during mixing or air attached to the surface of the sample forms bubbles that rise through the resin during curing and collect on the surface. does not burst on the surface and remains as bubbles on the surface, and these bubbles make it difficult to see the compounded sample etc., even though the resin is transparent. As a method for eliminating bubbles on the surface of the resin and removing air bubbles in the resin, as shown in Fig. 2, a sample 4 is placed in a container 3, and a resin 5 is mixed with a hardening agent 1 and a base 2. is injected into the vacuum container 6 and cured while or after being evacuated by the vacuum pump 7. In this way, the air bubbles in the resin 5 are completely removed and no bubbles are generated on the surface of the resin 5, but it has the disadvantage that a vacuum container 6 and a vacuum pump 7 must be provided, making them expensive. There is.

After curing, the oil 8 is released and the surface of the resin 5 is washed.

料は透明のレジンを通してよく見える。 As described above, according to the present invention, air bubbles covered with high viscosity resin are released into the air from the resin layer through the oil layer, so that no air bubbles or bubbles are generated on the surface of the resin. After curing, the oil is released and washed, resulting in a smooth resin surface and the sample can be clearly seen through the transparent resin.
