Borosilicate glass, barium borosilicate glass, aluminosilicate glass or the like can be used as the thin sheet 17; accordingly, a Knoop lardness value of 500 kg f/cm<2> or more can be achieved; the sheet is hardly worn away thanks to this high hardness characteristic. As another feature, the thickness of the thin sheet can be set within a range of 20-100mum, preferably 30-70mum.
