れ摺動自在に設け、大径シリンダ部に圧油を供給
してプランジヤを大径シリンダ部側から小径シリ
ンダ部側へ移動させることにより、小径シリンダ
部の底部とプランジヤの小径部との間に形成され
た燃料加圧室内の燃料を加圧して燃料噴射ノズル
に供給するようにした油圧式燃料噴射装置におい
て、次の2つの条件を満たすようにして前記小径
シリンダ部の内周面に環状凹部を、前記プランジ
ヤの小径部の外周面に環状溝をそれぞれ形成した
ことを特徴とする油圧式燃料噴射装置。 A 前記環状凹部と前記環状溝とのいずれか一方
が前記燃料加圧室に連通され、他方が小径シリン
ダ部の外部に設けられた燃料戻し通路に連通され
ている。 B 前記環状溝は、前記プランジヤの加圧移動前
においては前記環状凹部よりも前記大径部側に位
置し、前記プランジヤが加圧移動した際には前記
