Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a high correlation between a current value and a warmth sense of a human body, by making convection of a heat generating element almost coincide with that of a human body with a hollow body adapted to reduce air current together with a porous cover to control current so that the heat generating element is maintained at a fixed temperature. CONSTITUTION:A heat generating element 10 performs a heat exchange with an ambient environment with reflection directly or on the inner surface of a hollow body 12 through a porous cover 13. Moreover, undesired thermal effect is prevented with a heat insulating section 14. Then, the hollow body 12 is formed in the shape and dimensions so that a ratio of convection heat conductivity and radiant heat conductivity between the heat generating element 10 and the ambient environment almost coincide with that of a human body. Thus, the level of a load (current) form maintaining the heat generating element 10 at a fixed temperature by a control means 15 is obtained corresponding to a load for keeping body heat of the human body constant.
