A fluid resin 14 is filled pouring into space between the existing conduit 1 and the flexible pipe 8 within the existing conduit by a pouring receptacle 11. When the fluid resin 14 reaches an upright hose 12, pouring will be stooped. After that, the fluid resin 14 is hardened, waterproof, electrically insulated anticorrosive layer is formed around the flexible pipe 8.
