CONSTITUTION:The synchronizing detecting signal outputted from the synchronizing detecting circuit 11 is sent to the synchronizing signal decision circuit 23 to decide if the synchronizing signal in this synchronizing detecting signal is the correct synchronizing signal or not herein. Synchronizing signal detecting circuits 13, 14 constantly select protected synchronizing signal outputted from a synchronizing protecting circuit 12 to use the signal as the reproducing synchronizing signal. Accordingly, in this case, a similar operation to the conventional one is executed to compensate an undetected synchronizing signal and remove an erroneous detection.
