Description
本発明は、走行車体の後部に植付作業機を装着
した乗用型田植機の苗補給警告装置の改良に関す
るものである。

本発明の一実施例の苗補給警告装置を備えた乗
用型田植機を第1図、第2図に示す。これらの図
において、符号1は乗用型田植機の走行車体であ
り、この走行車体1の後方にリフト機構2を介し
て植付作業機3が連結されている。植付作業機3
は、機体4の下方に圃場の耕土表面を整地滑走す
るフロート5が装着され、前記機体4の上方には
前傾した苗載台6が左右方向に一定の範囲で往復
動するように設けられ、この苗載台6の下端部に
は5つの植込杆7が対設されており、これらの植
込杆7と苗載台6とが関連作動して苗載台6に載
せた苗が1株ずつ切取られて圃場に植付けられる
ようになつている。なお、以上の構成は従来普通
に用いられている乗用型田植機と同様である。
前記苗載台6は、仕切板8で植込杆7と対応す
る5つの部分に縦方向に仕切られ、仕切られたそ
れぞれの部分に苗載台6に載せた苗の減少を感知
してオンする感知スイツチ9が設けられている。
また、第1図、第3図、第4図に示すように、植
付作業機3の機体4に設けた支持アーム10の上
端に位置検出スイツチ11が設けられ、支持アー
ム10に設けたロール12が苗載台6に設けた苗
載台レール13に嵌合され、このレール13の中
央部下面に操作突起14が設けられ、苗載台6の
左右方向移動に伴い、前記操作突起14が位置検
出スイツチ11に当接し、苗載台6が左右方向移
動範囲の中央部に来た時に位置検出スイツチ11
がオンするように構成されている。
また、第1図、第2図に示すように、走行車体
1には座席15が設けられ、この座席15は左右
方向にそれぞれ90゜以上水平に回動可能にされて
いる。座席15の両側方には予備苗載台16を着
脱可能に設置する部材17が配設され、走行車体
1の前端部に設けたセンタマスコツト18にはマ
スコツトランプ19が取付けられている。
さらに、第5図に示すように、走行車体1に搭
載したバツテリ20に田植機のホーン21と前記
マスコツトランプ19とが並列に接続され、ホー
ン21およびマスコツトランプ19と、並列に設
けた前記感知スイツチ9群とが接続されて接地さ
れ、感知スイツチ群9とホーン21との間にはこ
れと直列に位置検出スイツチ11が設けられてい
る。なお、第5図において、符号22はリセツト
スイツチ、23はホーンスイツチである。
以上のように構成された実施例のものは、田植
機の植付作業中は、リセツトスイツチ22がオン
状態であり、苗載台6の左右方向移動によつてそ
の移動範囲の中央部に苗載台6が来ると、位置検
出スイツチ11がオンするが、苗載台6の苗が補
給を必要としない状態では、全部の感知スイツチ
9がオフになつているので、ホーン21は働かな
い。苗載台6の仕切られた部分の少なくとも1つ
の苗が減少して補給が必要になると、その部分と
対応する感知スイツチ9がオン作動することによ
り、マスコツトランプ19が点灯される。この状
態で、前述のように位置検出スイツチ11がオン
すると、ホーン21が苗載台6の左右方向の往
動、復動に際してそれぞれ鳴り、警報を発する。
この警報によつて田植機を停止させると、苗載台
6が左右方向の移動範囲の中央部で停止する。従
つて、苗を補給する部分が座席15に比較的近い
ので、座席15部に作業者が位置したまま、予備
苗載台16から苗載台6の必要な部分に容易に予
備苗を補給することができる。そして、座席15
を90゜またはそれ以上水平回動させれば、作業者
が座席15に座つたままで容易に苗を補給するこ
とができる。
また、感知スイツチ9がオンし、マスコツトラ
ンプ19が点灯した時点で機体が畦畔近くにきた
ときは、機体の走行を停止して苗載台6に苗を補
給すると共に予備苗載台16に苗を補充してお
く。
第6図は本発明の他の実施例による装置を備え
た乗用型田植機を示す。第6図において、24は
乗用型田植機の走行車体1に設けたクラツチペダ
ルであり、このペダル24には田植機の走行停止
手段であるソレノイド機構25のプランジヤ26
が連結され、ソレノイド機構25の主体27が走
行車体1に固定され、さらに、前記クラツチペダ
ル24と対向してリセツトスイツチ22が走行車
体1に設けられている。また、この実施例の回路
を示す第7図において、符号28は前記ソレノイ
ド機構のコイルであり、このコイル28とリレー
接点29と位置検出スイツチ11とが直列に接続
され、マスコツトランプ19と並列になつてお
り、リセツトスイツチ22と直列にリレー30が
設けてある。なお、第6図、第7図に示すもの
は、警報装置であるホーンに代えて、前記ソレノ
イド機構25を設け、前述した以外は第1図ない
し第5図に示すものと同じ構成であるから、第1
図、第5図と同一部分には第6図、第7図に同符
号をつけて説明を省略する。
第6図、第7図に示すものは、苗載台6の苗が
減少して補給が必要になつた部分の感知スイツチ
9がオン作動すると、リレー30が作動してリレ
ー接点29を閉じ、位置検出スイツチ11がオン
すると、コイル28が励磁されてソレノイド機構
25のプランジヤ26が前進し、クラツチペダル
24を操作して田植機のクラツチを遮断すること
により、田植機の走行を停止させ、これによつて
苗載台6の苗が補給を必要することを警告する。
また、クラツチペダル24の前記操作によりリセ
ツトスイツチ22をオフにして、田植機が停止し
た後にコイル28の回路を遮断する。そして、リ
セツトスイツチ22がクラツチの再接続によりオ
ンにされるようになつている。なお、前述した以
外の作動は、第1図ないし第5図に示したものと
実質的に同様であるから説明を省略する。
本発明において、位置検出スイツチ11のオン
作動位置は、第2図の5条植えなど奇数条植えの
田植機では仕切られた中央部分の両側の仕切版8
のいずれかが座席の直後方に位置した状態で、第
8図の4条植えなど偶数条植えの田植機では苗載
台6の左右幅の中心が座席15の直後方に位置し
た状態で、苗載台が停止するような位置にするこ
とが好ましい。
また、第1図ないし第5図に示す実施例では、
操作突起14を所定間隔に2個設けることが苗載
台の停止位置を正確にするために好ましく、警告
手段としてホーンとは別のブザーなどを用いても
よく、さらに、リセツトスイツチは田植機または
植付作業機の停止によつて自動的にオフ作動する
ようにすることが好ましい。
そして、本発明は苗載台が座席の前方に位置す
るものにも適用できる。
