CONSTITUTION:A signal inputted to an input terminal 1 is split into two, one signal is delayed by a prescribed time at a timing adjusting circuit 2 and inputted to a differential amplifier 5, the other signal is subject to second order differentiation integration by the second order differentiation integration device 3 and given to the differential amplifier 5 while being brought into a proper amplitude by a gain adjustment circuit 4. Two signals are subtracted in the differential amplifier 5 and the result is outputted from an output terminal 6. The band of object of equalization and the attenuation (high band attenuation) in the undesired band other than the operating band are obtained and the deterioration in the S/N is improved without receiving effect of an external noise or the like.
