Claims (1)
- 廃液貯留タンクとこの廃液貯留タンクに連絡し
た配管系の廃液温度制御装置において、前記配管
系の外面に分割して添設された複数の電気セータ
と、これら電気ヒータ毎に配設され前記配管内の
廃液の温度を検出する温度検出器と、これら温度
検出器に対応して前記配管内に配設され前記廃液
の濃度を検出する濃度検出器と、前記温度検出器
と前記濃度検出器の各出力信号を受けて前記電気
ヒータへの給電を制御する制御器とを有すること
を特徴とする廃液温度制御装置。
