Flush water clinging to the exterior wall surface of the nozzle 11 which recedes to the stored position after private parts washing is maintained as a film W of flush water in the microclearance 20 because of surface tension, so that the nozzle 12 portion is covered with the film W of flush water and kept wet for a long time to avoid solidification of components of the flush water. Therefore, a jet nozzle device can be improved as to the problems of fouling and clogging of the nozzle caused by the solidified components of the flush water.
