The remedy can be prepared in the form of tablet, capsule, syrup, injection, drip infusion agent, suppository, etc. The dose thereof is 50-9,000mg/60kg/day for oral administration and 5-1,500mg/60kg/day for parenteral administration. N-(Benzothiazol-2-yl)acetone hydrazone is exemplified as the compound expressed by the formula.
