FIG. 1 is a schematic explanatory diagram illustrating a ribbon-shaped stirring blade of a known ribbon-type mixer. A stirring blade A is attached, and the stirring blade is composed of an inner continuous ribbon blade B and an outer continuous ribbon blade C. As can be understood from its structural shape, the conventional ribbon-shaped stirring blade A configured in this manner is connected to the rotating shaft D because the rotational resistance caused by the mixed agitated material is relatively small and the mixer load is small. It can be said that it is an economical stirring blade because the electric power of the driving motor is small. However, it takes a considerable amount of time to reach a uniformly mixed state, and for example, when the above-mentioned mixed and stirred material includes several types of powdered materials, fibrous materials, granular materials, etc. It takes a considerable amount of time to do this, and in particular, when the fibrous materials in the material get entangled with the inner continuous ribbon blades B and the outer continuous ribbon blades C during stirring, they become lump-like, reducing the uniform stirring function.

FIG. 3 is an enlarged perspective view of main parts. In these figures, 1 is a ribbon mixer with a paddle-shaped stirring blade, 2 is a mounting arm, 3 is a paddle, 4 is a paddle-shaped stirring blade, 5 is a container, and 6 is a mounting ring. Mixer with paddle-shaped stirring blades 1
A paddle-shaped stirring blade 4 of the present invention is attached to a rotating shaft D of the mixer (hereinafter simply referred to as an attached mixer). The paddle-shaped stirring blade 4 has rod-shaped mounting arms 2, 2 perpendicular to the rotation axis D, and a semicircular portion (a half-shaped notch in the setting direction) at the tip of the mounting arms 2, 2. It consists of a thin plate-shaped paddle 3 fixedly attached to 2a. In addition, since FIG. 3 is a view seen from the front direction, the mounting arms 2, 2 on the near side and the mounting arms 2', 2' on the directly opposite side appear to be orthogonal in a cross shape, but in this invention, the rotation axis D is This includes cases in which the mounting arm is installed at only one location in the longitudinal direction and cases in which it is installed at multiple locations.
90°) can be set freely. Furthermore, regarding the mounting position of the paddle blades 4 on the rotation axis D, the mounting ring 6 for setting the mounting arm 2 should not overlap with that of the existing ribbon-shaped stirring blade A, and each paddle-shaped stirring blade 4 should be spaced approximately equidistantly. It is preferable to provide the More specifically, the mounting ring 6 is formed with set holes 7, 7 for fixing the mounting ring 6 itself at a proper position relative to the rotation axis D, and a set screw is formed in the set holes 7, 7. The bolts 8, 8 are screwed together, and a boss portion 6a and set screws 8a, 8a are formed for inserting the mounting arm 2 and fixing it at an arbitrary twisting angle (in the direction of arrow K in FIG. 4). A thin plate-like paddle 3 having a rake angle θ (an angle in the direction of bending with respect to the mounting arm 2) with respect to the axis of the mounting arm 2, 2 is tacked to the tip of each mounting arm 2, 2. It is fixed at 9,9. Of course, welding may also be used. In addition, when tightening the mounting arm 2 on the right front side in FIG. This means that a torsion angle of α is given to the rotation axis D. That is, the paddle-shaped stirring blade 4 is given a rake angle of θ with respect to the mounting arm 2 and a torsion angle of α with respect to the rotation axis D. Furthermore, the paddle 3 having the rake angle θ and the helix angle α is inserted into the setting hole 7 on the opposite side, which is provided at a position symmetrical to the axis d of the rotation axis D, in the direction of the arrow L around the axis d.
The mounting arm 2 is set in a 180° rotated state. That is, paddle-shaped stirring blades 4 having the same shape are provided at symmetrical positions across the rotation axis D, rotated by 180 degrees. After conducting various experiments, we found that in order to improve the mixing and stirring performance of dry powder materials in the mixer, a paddle-shaped rake angle θ of 10 to 20 degrees and a helix angle α of 40 to 50 degrees was used. It has been found necessary to arrange the stirring blades on the mounting arm 2. That is, when the above-mentioned paddle-shaped stirring blade 4 is rotated around the rotation axis D together with the ribbon-shaped stirring blade A by the driving motor, the dry powder material that is stirred when only the conventional ribbon-shaped stirring blade A is used. The dry powder material, etc. used to flow in a spiral shape along the shape of the ribbon-shaped blade A, but by incorporating the paddle-shaped stirring blade 4 of the present invention, a state in which the dry powder material, etc. is temporarily lifted is added and agitated. The flow of time has changed, and the mixing and stirring effect for each rotation of the rotating shaft D has increased, and as a result, it has become possible to mix and stir dry powder materials and the like in a short time. In addition, due to improved mixing and stirring performance, it is possible to reach the optimum state in a relatively short time even when mixing and stirring several types of powder, fibrous materials, granular materials, etc. at the same time. This eliminates causes of reduction in stirring efficiency, such as entanglement, and enables efficient stirring. To give an example of improved stirring efficiency, if the asbestos-cement raw material is stirred with ribbon-shaped stirring blade A for the same amount of time with ribbon-shaped stirring blade A in Figure 1, the finished asbestos-cement product will be destroyed. While the load was 19Kg, it was possible to increase it to 20Kg with the paddle-shaped stirring blade of the present invention.

In addition, the paddle-shaped stirring blade of the present invention can be used not only for mixing and stirring powder materials in dry manufacturing methods, but also for mixing and stirring powder materials in dry manufacturing methods.
It can be used in a wide range of applications, such as when mixing different materials, especially fibrous materials, to prevent a decrease in stirring efficiency due to entanglement.
