Claims (20)
- 습식 가교된 셀룰로오스 섬유로 이루어지고, 약 0.08 내지 약 0.35g/cm3범위내의 밀도를 가지며, 비-가교된 셀룰로오스 섬유의 유사 웹에 비하여 개선된 수직 위킹(wicking)특성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 웹.
- 제1항에 있어서, 웹이 에어-레잉 방식으로 제조되고(air-laid), 약 0.15 내지 약 0.30g/cm3의 밀도를 가지는 웹.
- 제1항에 있어서, 웹이 워터-레잉 방식으로 제조되고(water-laid), 약 0.08 내지 약 0.3g/cm3의 밀도를 가지는 웹.
- 제1항에 있어서, 초기 수직 위킹 속도, 15분간 또는 30분에서의 수직 위킹 용량 또는 18cm에서 수직 유체 분포 중 적어도 한 가지가 상기 비-가교된 셀룰로오스 섬유의 유사 웹 보다 적어도 약20%향상된 웹.
- 제4항에 있어서, 초기 수직 위킹 속도, 15분 또는 30분에서의 수직 위킹 용량 또는 18cm에서의 수직 유체 분포 중 적어도 한가지가 상기 비-가교된 셀룰로오스 섬유의 유사 웹보다 적어도 약 40% 향상된 웹.
- 제1항에 있어서, 초기 수직 위킹 속도, 15분 또는 30분에서의 수직 위킹 용량 또는 18cm에서의 수직 유체 분포 중 적어도 두 가지가 상기 비-가교된 셀룰로오스 섬유의 유사 웹 보다 적어도 약 20% 향상된 웹.
- 제6항에 있어서, 초기 수직 위킹 속도, 15분 또는 30분에서의 수직 위킹 용량 또는 18cm에서의 수직 유체 분포 중 적어도 두 가지가 상기 비-가교된 셀룰로오스 섬유의 유사 웹 보다 적어도 약 40% 향상된 웹.
- 에어-레잉 방식으로 제조되고 습식 가교된 셀룰로오스 섬유로 이루어지며 약 0.15 내지 약 0.30g/cm3범위 내의 밀도를 가지는 흡수성 웹.
- 워터-레잉 방식으로 제조되고 습식 가교된 셀룰로오스 섬유로 이루어지며 약 0.08내지 약 0.30g/cm3범위내의 밀도를 가지는 흡수성 웹.
- 셀룰로오스 섬유를 습식 가교 처리하고, 이 섬유를 건조시키며, 이 습식 가교된 셀룰로오스 섬유를 에어-레잉 방식에 의해 웹으로 형성시키고, 이 에어-레잉 방식으로 형성된 웹을 약 0.10 내지 약 0.35g/cm3범위 내의 밀도를 갖도록 압착시킴으로써 형성시킨, 습식 가교된 셀룰로오스 섬유의 웹.
- 제10항에 있어서, 약 0.15 내지 약 0.30g/cm3범위 내의 밀도로 압착된 웹.
- 제10항에 있어서, 0.2 1b/in2부하량 하에서 측정할 때 습윤시 웹의 비용적(cm3/g으로 나타냄)이 건조시 웹의 비용적 보다 적어도 약 45%더 큰, 개선된 습윤 반발탄성을 나타내는 웹.
- 습식 가교된 셀룰로오스 섬유로 이루어지고, 약 0.08 내지 약 0.35g/cm3범위 내의 밀도를 가지며 비-가교된 셀룰로오스 섬유의 유사 웹에 비하여 개선된 수직 위킹 특성을 갖는 흡수성 웹으로 이루어진 흡수 제품.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 흡수성 웹과 유동 교환 상태에 있는 다량의 수팽윤성 중합체 재료를 추가로 포함하는 흡수 제품.
- 제14항에 있어서, 흡수성 웹이 제1 위치의 웹에 적용된 액체를 제2 위치에 존재하는 수팽윤성 중합체로 운반하는 흡수 제품.
- 제15항에 있어서, 기저귀인 흡수 제품.
- 수 불투과성 외층, 착용자의 피부와 접촉되는 데에 적합한 수투과성 내층, 및 습식 가교된 셀룰로오스 섬유로 이루어지고, 약 0.08 내지 약 0.35g/cm3범위 내의 밀도를 가지며, 상기 외층과 내층 사이에 위치하는 흡수성 웹으로 이루어진 기저귀.
- 제17항에 있어서, 흡수 층이 에어-레잉 방식으로 형성되고, 약 0.15 내지 약 0.30g/cm3범위 내의 밀도를 가지는 기저귀.
- 제17항에 있어서, 흡수 층이 워터-레잉 방식으로 형성되고, 약 0.08 내지 약 0.3g/cm3범위내의 밀도를 가지는 기저귀.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 흡수성 웹과 유동 교환 상태에 있는 다량의 수팽윤성 중합체 재료를 추가로 포함하는 기저귀.
