Claims (4)
- 컬러 음극선관(CRT) (10)을 위한 화면판 패널(12)의 내면상에 발광 스크린 조립체(22, 24: 122, 124)를 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 패널의 상기 내면을 4급 암모늄 고분자전해질 및 계면 활성제를 포함하는 전도성 용액으로 피복하여 휘발성 유기 전도성층(32)을 형성하는 단계와 상기 유기 전도성층 위에 광전도성 용액을 피복하여 휘발성 유기 광전도성층(34)을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 4급 암모늄 고분자 전해질이 폴리(디메틸-디알릴-암모늄클로라이드), 폴리(3,4-디메틸렌-N-디메틸-피롤리듐 클로라이드) (3,4-DNDP 클로라이드); 폴리(3,4-디메틸렌-N-디메틸 피롤리듐 니트레이트) (3,4-DNDP 니트레이트); 폴리(3,4-디메틸렌-N-디메틸-피롤리듐 포스페이트) (3,4-DNDP 포스페이트), 및 비닐이미다졸륨 메토설페이트와 비닐피롤리돈의 공중합체로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 동족 중합체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 용액이 폴리비닐 알콜(PVA)을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 컬러 음극선관(CRT) (10)을 위한 화면판 패널(12)의 내면상에 발광 스크린 조립체(22, 24: 122, 124)를 제조하는 방법으로, a) 상기 패널(12)의 내면을 4급 암모늄 고분자전해질 2 내지 6 중량%와 계면활성제 약 0.001 내지 0.1 중량%를 포함하는 전도성 수용액으로 피복하여 휘발성 유기 전도성층(32)을 형성하는 단계; b) 상기 유기 전도성층위에 광전도성 용액을 피복하여 휘발성 유기 광전도성층(34)을 형성하는 단계; c) 실질적으로 균일한 정전하를 상기 광전도성층에 정착하는 단계; d) 상기 광전도성층의 선택된 영역을 화학선에 노광시켜 그곳의 전하를 작용시키는 단계; e) 건조-분말형이고, 광방출성이며, 마찰 전기적으로 하전된 하나 이상의 스크린 구조체 물질(R, G.B)로써 상기 광전도성층을 현상시키는 단계; f) 상기 스크린 구조체 물질을 상기 광전도성층에 고정시켜 상기 스크린 구조체 물질의 변위를 최소화하는 단계; g) 상기 스크린 구조체 물질을 박막화하는 단계; h) 상기 박막화된 스크린 구조체 물질을 알루미늄 처리하는 단계; 및 i) 425℃ 이상의 대기중에서 상기 화면판 패널을 소성시키므로써, 상기 전도성층 및 상기 광전도성층을 비롯한 스크린 조립체의 성분들을 휘발시키는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 4급 암모늄 고분자전해질이 폴리(디메틸-디알릴-암모늄 클로라이드); 폴리(3,4-디메틸렌-N-디메틸-피롤리듐 클로라이드) (3,4-DNDP 클로라이드); 폴리(3,4-디메틸렌-N-디메틸 피롤리듐 니트레이트) (3,4--DNDP 니트레이트); 폴리(3,4-디메틸렌-N-디메틸-피롤리듐 포스페이트) (3,4-DNDP 포스페이트) 및 비닐이미다졸륨 메토설페이트와 비닐피롤리돈의 공중합체로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 동족 중합체인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 용액이 약 0.5 내지 2 중량% 또는 그 미만의 폴리비닐알콜(PVA)을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
