Claims (5)
- 유리기판 상에 소정간격으로 블랙매트릭스를 형성하는 공정과; 상기 블랙 매트릭스 사이에 제1색 내지 제3색 필터층을 순차적으로 형성하는 공정과; 상기 블랙 매트릭스상에 잔류하는 안료레지듀를 제거하는 공정과; 상기 필터층 상부에 투명 전도막을 형성하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시장치용 칼라필터의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터층 상에 형성된 상기 투명 전도막을 마스크로 하여 유브이 에싱처리하여 비액티브 부분에 잔류하는 안료레지듀를 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하는 액정 표시장치용 칼라필터 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 블랙 매트릭스 막과 투명전도막이 통전된 구조로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시장치용 칼라필터 제조 방법.
- 유리기판 상에 소정간격으로 블랙매트릭스를 형성하는 공정과; 상기 블랙 매트릭스 사이에 제1색 내지 제3색 필터층을 순차적으로 형성하는 공정과; 에싱 처리하여 블랙 매트릭스 표면 및 유리 기판 상에 잔존하는 포토 레지시트 찌꺼기인 안료레지듀를 제거하는 공정, 상기 필터층 상부에 투명 전도막을 형성한 후 패터닝하는 공정을 포함하는 액정 표시장치용 칼라필터의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 에싱은 유브이 에싱 또는 플라즈마 에싱 방법으로 하는 액정 표시장치용 칼라필터의 제조 방법.
