Claims (6)
- (ⅰ) 한천 분말에 EDTA염 용액을 넣어 교반하고, 상층액을 제거한 후 중화시키는 공정: (ⅱ) 전기 EDTA염 처리 및 중화공정에서 첨가된 염류를 수세 및 여과하는 공정: 및, (ⅲ) 전기에서 수득한 여과잔사에 유기용매를 첨가하여 탈수 처리 및 건조시키는 공정을 포함하는 고품질 한천의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, EDTA염은 Na2EDTA 또는 Na3EDTA를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고품질 한천의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, EDTA염 용액의 농도는 0.001 내지 0.2M 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 고품질 한천의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, EDTA염 용액은 한천 분말에 대하여 30 내지 50배량(v/w)넣고, 10 내지 40℃에서 20 내지 30시간 교반시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고품질 한천의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기용매는 아세톤, 메탄올 또는 프로판올이며, 여과잔사에 대하여 2내지 4배량 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고품질 한천의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정제된 한천은 40내지 80℃에서 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고품질 한천의 제조방법.
