Claims (2)
- 상반부 혹은 하반부에 용융 수지통로를 구비하고, 상기 용융 수지통로를 열고 닫는 노즐의 선단부는 상기 반부의 캐비티 측면 10 ~ 100아래에 위치됨을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지의 프레스 성형용 금형.
- 제1항에 다른 금형을 이용하여 열가소성 수지를 용융 수지통로로 부터 노즐을 통해 상반부와 하반부 사이의 닫히지 않는 캐비티에 공급하고, 용융 수지통로가 닫힌 상태후에 클램핑을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지의 프레스성형방법.
