Claims (14)
- (A) 고충격 폴리스티렌 수지 40 내지 80 중량%; (B) 인산에스테르, 적인, 질소계 난연제, 및 수화금속산화물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 일종 이상의 성분을 포함하는 비할로겐계 복합 난연제 5 내지 75 중량%; (C) 난연상승제로서 탈크 1 내지 20 중량%; 그리고 (D) 테프론 수지 0.01 내지 3 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연 고충격 폴리스티렌 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (B)의 인산 에스테르가 트리페닐 포스페이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (B)의 인산 에스테르가 전체 수지 조성물에 대해 0 내지 15 중량%로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (B)의 적인이 전체 수지 조성물에 대해 1 내지 15 중량%로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 성분 (B)의 적인이 전체 수지 조성물에 대해 2 내지 10 중량%로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 성분 (B)의 적인이 전체 수지 조성물에 대해 3 내지 8 중량%로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (B)의 질소계 난연제가 멜라민, 멜라민시아누레이트, 멜라민 포스페이트, 멜라민 파이로포스페이트, 암모니움 폴리포스페이트, 알킬아민 포스페이트, 멜라민 수지, 또는 우레아 수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (B)의 질소계 난연제가 전체 수지 조성물에 대해 0 내지 30 중량%로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 성분 (B)의 질소계 난연제가 전체 수지 조성물에 대해 3 내지 20 중량%로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (B)의 수화 금속산화물이 전체 수지 조성물에 대해 0 내지 20 중량%로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (C)가 전체 수지 조성물에 대해 2 내지 12 중량%로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물이 전체 수지 조성물 100 중량부에 대해 5 내지 60 중량부의 필러를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 필러가 전도성 카본 블랙, 유리섬유, 탄소섬유, 카올린 또는 마이카인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 청구된 수지 조성물로부터 제조된, 전기, 자동차, 가전 및 사무기기의 하우징 제품.
