Claims (11)
- 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로
(A) 폴리에스테르 수지 38~74 중량%;
(B) 포스포네이트계 난연제 2~9 중량%;
(C) 포스피네이트계 난연제 5~9 중량%;
(D) 질소계 난연제 1~4 중량%; 및
(E) 무기 필러 15~40 중량%;
를 포함하는 비할로겐 난연화 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 수지 성분 (A)가 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지, 폴리프로필렌테레프탈레이트 수지, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐 난연화 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 수지 성분 (A)의 25℃에서의 고유점도(IV)가 0.45 ~ 1 dl/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐 난연화 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포스피네이트계 난연제 성분 (C)가 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 모노포스피네이트, 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 다이포스피네이트 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐 난연화 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물:

상기에서, R1 및 R2는 각각 독립적으로, 선형 또는 분지쇄의 C1-C6 알킬 또는 페닐을 나타내고, R3는 선형 또는 분지쇄의 C1-C10 알킬렌, C6 아릴렌, 하나 이상의 C1-C10 알킬로 치환된 C6 아릴렌, 또는 하나 이상의 C6 아릴로 치환된 C1-C10 알킬렌을 나타내며, M은 칼슘, 마그네슘, 아연 또는 알루미늄이고, m은 2 또는 3이고, n은 1 내지 3이고, X는 1 또는 2이다. - 제1항에 있어서, 질소계 난연제 성분 (D)가 멜라민, 멜라민 시아누레이트, 트리페닐 이소시아누레이트, 멜라민 폴리포스포네이트, 멜라민 포스페이트, 멜라민 피로포스페이트, 암모늄 폴리포스페이트, 알킬아민 포스페이트, 피페리딘산 폴리포스페이트 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐 난연화 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기 필러 성분(E)가 유리섬유, 탄소섬유, 유리 비드, 유리 플레이크, 클레이, 카올린, 탈크, 마이카, 탄산칼슘 및 황산바륨으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐 난연화 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로 (F) 폴리실록산-폴리카보네이트 공중합체 3~5 중량%를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐 난연화 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 폴리실록산-폴리카보네이트 공중합체 성분(F)가 하기 화학식 4 또는 5에 나타낸 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐 난연화 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물:

상기에서, R1은 독립적으로 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, 히드록시기, 알킬기, 알콕시기, 또는 아릴기를 나타내고, R2는 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 13의 탄화수소기 또는 히드록시기를 나타내며, R3는 독립적으로 탄소수 2 내지 8의 알킬렌기를 나타내고, R4는 알킬, 사이클로알킬, 알케닐, 알콕시, 할로겐 원자, 또는 니트로로 치환되거나 비치환된 탄소수 6 내지 30의 방향족 탄화수소기를 나타내며, l은 1 내지 20, m은 0 내지 10, n은 2 내지 1000의 정수를 나타낸다. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 비할로겐 난연화 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물을 가공하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 프린터 정착기의 하우징에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
