Claims (12)
- 자동차의 전차축(front axle)과 후차축(rear axle) 사이의 브레이크력 분배를 제어하는 방법으로서, 적어도 후차륜 브레이크(rear wheel brake)들(62, 64)에 대한 압력이 제어 유닛(10)에 의해 증가되고 감소되는, 상기 브레이크력 분배 제어방법에 있어서, 브레이크 작동 중, 후차축에서 브레이크 압력(pHA)을 제한하기 위하여, 후차륜 브레이크들(62, 64)에 압력을 교대로 증가시키고 감소시킴으로써 포화 브레이크 압력(pHA)이 평균적으로 생성되고, 상기 포화 브레이크 압력(pHA)이 브레이크 페달 작동으로 드라이버에 의해 미리 결정된 초기 압력(pVor) 보다 낮은, 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 후차륜 브레이크들(62, 64)에서 압력이 입구 및 출구 밸브들(54 내지 60)을 교대로 작동시킴으로써 교대로 증가되고 감소되는, 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 압력은 소정의 압력 증가 및 압력 감소 펄스들(△tE, △tA)에 의해 증가되고 감소되는, 제어 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 압력 증가 및 압력 감소 펄스들(△tE, △tA)의 길이가 가변 차량 전원 전압(UB), 초기 압력(Pvor) 및 후차륜 브레이크 압력(pHA) 중 적어도 하나에 의존하는, 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 소정 압력 증가 펄스(△tE)가 브레이크를 조작하는 과정의 시작에서 출력되는, 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 되돌림 펌프(68)가 브레이크를 조작하는 과정 동안 스위치 온되는, 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 압력 증가 및 압력 감소 펄스들의 펄스 길이들(△tE, △tA)이 드라이버에 의해 미리 결정된 초기 압력(Pvor1)까지, 소정의 마찰 계수에 대하여 그리고 후차륜이 로크 경향을 나타내는, 후차륜 브레이크들(62, 64)내의 임계 브레이크 압력(pHAkrit)이 초과되지 않도록 하는 방식으로 결정되는, 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 압력이 교대로 증가하고 감소하는 것이 시간에 한정되는, 제어 방법,
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 최대 미리 결정된 시간이 일단 경과되면, 일련의 압력 증가 펄스가 출력되고, 이것이 후차륜 브레이크 압력(pHA)을 드라이버에 의해 미리 결정된 초기 압력(pVor)까지 램프의 형태로 상승시키는, 제어 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 전자 브레이크력 분배 조절기(14)가 작동하지 않는 경우, 바람직하게는 조절기가 브레이크력 분배 조절 과정을 실행하기 위한 필수 정보가 없는 고장인 경우, 후차륜 브레이크들(62, 64)에서 압력의 교대 증가 및 감소하는 것이 실행되는, 제어 방법.
- 적어도 후차륜 브레이크들(62, 64)에서 압력을 감소시키고 압력을 증가시키는 전자 제어 유닛(10)을 갖는 자동차의 전차측과 후차축 사이의 브레이크력 분배를 제어하기 위한 장치로서, 제어 유닛(10)은 브레이크 작동 중, 후차륜 브레이크들(62, 64)에서 압력을 교대로 증가시키고 감소시킴으로써 포화 브레이크 압력(pHA)을 평균적으로 생성하는 수단(14, 18)을 가지며, 후차축에서 브레이크 압력(pHA)을 제한하기 위해 상기 포화 브레이크 압력(pHA)은 후차륜 브레이크들(62, 64)상의 압력을 교대로 증가 및 감소시킴으로써 평균적으로 생성되고, 포화 브레이크 압력(pHA)이 브레이크 페달 작동으로 드라이버에 의해 미리 결정된 초기 압력(pVor) 보다 낮은, 제어 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 유닛(10)은 압력을 교대로 증가시키고 감소시키기 위한 제 2 요소(18) 뿐만 아니라, 브레이크 시스템을 제어하기 위한 적어도 하나의 제 1 요소(14)를 구비하는, 제어 장치.
