Claims (8)
- 압축 슬리브(2)내의 중앙 리세스(12)를 통해 안내되고 지지면(3)을 가진 압축 슬리브(2)를 진동 야기 부재에 고정시키는 직접적인 또는 간접적인 고정 수단,축방향 예비 응력에 의해 압축 슬리브(2)에 방사방향 외측으로 고정되는 검출 수단(6),스프링(8)의 압력에 의해 검출 수단(6) 위에 고정되는 관성 질량체(7)용 스토퍼로서, 압축 슬리브에 있는 링 너트(20), 및사출 성형 방법에 의해 압축 슬리브(2) 둘레에 배치되는 플라스틱 하우징(1)을 포함하는 진동 픽업용 압축 슬리브에 있어서,상기 링 너트(20)는 관성 질량체(7)의 반대편 측면에 축방향 돌출부(21)를 가지며, 상기 돌출부는 내부에 마주 놓인, 압축 슬리브(2)의 둘레에 있는 리세스(22)와 함께 래버린스 시일(23)을 형성하고,사출 성형 공정 도중에 플라스틱 물질이 래버린스 시일(23)내로 밀봉 방식으로 삽입될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 픽업용 압축 슬리브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하우징(1)의 플라스틱은 폴리우레탄(PUR)인 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 픽업용 압축 슬리브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하우징(1)의 플라스틱은 유리 섬유 강화 폴리아미드(PA66 GF35)인 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 픽업용 압축 슬리브.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 압축 슬리브(2)는 강으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 픽업용 압축 슬리브.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 압축 슬리브(2)는 황동으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 픽업용 압축 슬리브.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 검출 수단(6)은 압전 세라믹 디스크인 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 픽업용 압축 슬리브.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 압축 슬리브(2)의 지지면(3)에는, 상기 고정 수단용 개구와 방사방향 외부 에지 사이에, 0.5° 내지 1.5° 각도 범위의 내부로 향한 경사면이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 픽업용 압축 슬리브.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 진동 야기 부재는 내연기관의 기관 본체인 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 픽업용 압축 슬리브.
