Claims (6)
- (A) 고무강화 폴리스티렌 수지 20∼90 중량부,(B) 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지 10∼80 중량부,(C) 상기 구성성분 (A)+(B)로 이루어진 기초수지 100 중량부에 대하여, 고리형 알킬 포스포닉산 화합물 0.1∼30 중량부, 및(D) 상기 구성성분 (A)+(B)로 이루어진 기초수지 100 중량부에 대하여, 방향족 인산 에스테르계 화합물 0∼25 중량부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 난연성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지는 폴리(2,6-디메틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2,6-디에틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2,6-디프로필-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2-메틸-6-에틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2-메틸-6-프로필-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2-에틸-6-프로필-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2,6-디페닐-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2,6-디메틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르와 폴리(2,3,6-트리메틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르의 공중합체, 및 폴리(2,6-디메틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르와 폴리(2,3,5-트리에틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르의 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고리형 알킬 포스포닉산 화합물은 하기 화학식 1의 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.[화학식 1](상기 식에서 R1, R2는 서로 독립적으로 C1-C4의 알킬기이고 x는 0 또는 1 임)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고리형 알킬 포스포닉산 화합물은 메틸-비스(5-에틸-2-메틸-1,3,2-디옥사포스포리난-5-일) 메틸메틸 포스포닉산 에스터-P-옥사이드, 및 메틸-비스(5-에틸-2-메틸-1,3,2-디옥사포스포리난-5-일) 포스포닉산 에스터- P,P'-디옥사이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 인산 에스테르 화합물은 하기 화학식 2의 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.[화학식 2](상기 식에서 R3, R4, R5는 서로 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1-C 4의 알킬기이고 X는 C6-C20의 아릴기 또는 알킬기가 치환된 C6-C20의 아릴기로써 레소시놀, 히드로퀴놀, 비스페놀-A의 디알콜로부터 유도된 것이며, n의 범위는 0 에서 4임)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물은 적하방지제, 가소제, 열안정제, 산화방지제, 광안정제, 상용화제, 안료, 염료 및/또는 무기물 첨가제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
