Description
Claims (14)
- 전원 장치에서 오류 상태를 검출하는 오류 제어 회로에 있어서,동작의 도통 상태 및 비도통 상태를 갖고, 상기 전원 장치의 제어 단자와 기준 전압 전위의 소스 사이의 도전 경로를 제공하는 제1 스위치 소자(Q2)와;상기 전원 장치가 상기 오류 상태 없이 동작 상태와 비동작 상태 사이에서 전환되도록, 제어 신호(+23 V-RUN)에 응답하여 상기 제1 스위치 소자의 동작 상태를 전환시키는 스위치 제어 회로(R1, R2, R3, R4, U3, Z3, Q3, Q4)와;출력 전압 소스(-15V)와;상기 출력 전압의 레벨을 시프트하는 시프트 회로(Z6)와;상기 시프트 회로에 응답하고 상기 스위치 제어 회로에 결합되어, 상기 제1 스위치 소자의 상기 동작 상태를 전환시키는 제2 스위치 소자(Q8)를 포함하는 오류 제어 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전원 장치는 일정한 극성의 바이어스 전압들을 이용하는 것인 오류 제어 회로.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 출력 전압(-15V)은 상기 바이어스 전압들의 극성과 반대인 극성을 갖는 것인 오류 제어 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시프트 회로는 제너 다이오드(Z6)를 포함하는 것인 오류 제어 회로.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2 스위치 소자는 트랜지스터(Q8)를 포함하는 것인 오류 제어 회로.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제너 다이오드(Z6)는 애노드가 상기 소스에 결합되는 것인 오류 제어 회로.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제너 다이오드(Z6)는 캐소드가 상기 트랜지스터(Q8)의 베이스에 결합되는 것인 오류 제어 회로.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 트랜지스터(Q8)는 상기 도전 경로를 상기 비도통 상태로 설정하기 위해서 턴 온되는 것인 오류 제어 회로.
- 제어 신호(+23 V-RUN)에 응답하여, 전원 장치의 동작 상태를 오류 상태없이 동작 상태와 비동작 상태 사이에서 전환시키는 스위치 제어 회로(R1, R2, R3, R4, U3, Z3, Q3, Q4)와;서로 반대 극성들을 갖는 제1 출력 전압(+15V)과 제2 출력 전압(-15V)을 제공하는 제1 전압 소스 및 제2 전압 소스와;상기 제1 전압 소스와 상기 제2 전압 소스 사이에 결합되어, 상기 제1 출력 전압과 상기 제2 출력 전압 중 하나를 트랙킹하는 바이어스 전압을 제공하는 제너 다이오드(Z6)와;상기 전원 장치의 상기 동작 상태를 전환시키는 상기 스위치 제어 회로에 결합되어, 상기 바이어스 전압을 기준 전압과 비교하는 비교 수단(Q8)을 포함하는 전원 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제1 출력 전압과 상기 제2 출력 전압은 서로 반대 극성들을 갖는 것인 전원 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 기준 전압은 양의 극성을 갖는 것인 전원 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 기준 전압은 상기 제1 출력 전압과 상기 제2 출력 전압 중 하나의 극성과 반대인 극성을 갖는 것인 전원 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 비교 수단은 트랜지스터(Q8)를 포함하는 것인 전원 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 트랜지스터(Q8)는 바이폴라 접합형이며, 상기 기준 전압은 상기 트랜지스터의 베이스 에미터 접합부의 턴 온 전압을 포함하는 것인 전원 장치.
