Claims (7)
- 희석될 원액을 저장하는 재료 공급부와,상기 원액을 희석하기 위하여 상기 재료 공급부로부터 공급된 원액을 희석용 액체와 혼합하여 희석 용액을 준비하는 희석 탱크와,상기 희석 탱크 내의 희석 용액의 흡광도를 측정하는 측정 장치와,상기 측정 장치에 의해 측정된 흡광도로부터 얻어지는 희석 배율이 소정치에 도달되도록 전자 저울로 희석 탱크 내의 희석 용액을 계량하는 계량 장치와,상기 측정 장치에 의해 측정된 수치 및 계량 장치에 의해 계량된 수치를 감시하고, 희석 배율이 측정 장치에 의해 측정된 흡광도에 따라 소정치에 도달되도록 희석 탱크로 공급되는 원액과 희석용 액체 중 적어도 하나의 양을 연산하고 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 용액 자동 희석 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 희석 탱크로부터 공급된 희석 용액을 저장하고, 압축 가스에 의해 희석 용액을 공급하는 기구를 포함하는 다수의 밀폐 탱크를 갖는 마무리부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 용액 자동 희석 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재료 공급부는 원액을 저장하는 교환 가능한 병을 포함하며, 상기 병 내에 저장된 원액을 압축 가스에 의해 희석 탱크로 공급하는 구성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 용액 자동 희석 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 희석 탱크는 내부로 압축 가스를 유입시키고 외부로 압축 가스를 배출하는 세척 기구를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 용액 자동 희석 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 내부로 압축 가스를 유입시키고 외부로 압축 가스를 배출하는 세척 기구를 갖는 호퍼를 희석 탱크로부터 희석 용액을 공급하는 경로 내에 더 포함하며, 희석 탱크와 측정 장치를 서로 연결하는 파이프가 나선형 튜브에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 용액 자동 희석 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상이한 두께를 갖는 적어도 2개의 파이프가 희석 탱크 내로 희석용 액체를 유입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 용액 자동 희석 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원액, 상기 희석용 액체 및 상기 희석 용액과 접촉하는 부분의 재질은 소량의 플루오르를 함유한 수지로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 용액 자동 희석 장치.
