Claims (11)
- a)미생물 성장 억제제, b)스케일 형성 방지제, c)오르가닉 포스포네이트, d)질산염 및 e)정인산염 및 아연염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 염을 포함하는 다기능성 수처리제 조성물.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 미생물 성장 억제제는 3-이소티아졸리논이고, 상기 스케일 형성 방지제는 아크릴레이트계 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 수처리제 조성물.
- 제2 항에 있어서, 상기 3-이소티아졸리논은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물이고, 상기 아크릴레이트계 중합체는 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 수처리제 조성물.[화학식 1](상기 화학식 1에서 R0은 수소 또는 염소이다.)[화학식 2]상기 화학식 2에서 l, n은 서로 같거나 다른 것으로서 각각 1 내지 1000의 정수이며, m은 0 내지 1000의 정수이고, R은 수소, 메틸 또는 카르복실기이며, R이 카르복실기일 경우에는 인접한 카르복실기와 결합하여 안하이드로우스(anhydrous) 링을 형성할 수 있으며, R1과 R8은 서로 같거나 다른 것으로서 각각 수소, 알킬기, 히드록시기 또는 포스포노기를 나타내며, R2과 R3는 서로 같거나 다른 것으로서 각각 수소 또는 C1-C2의 알킬기를 나타내며, R4는 수소 또는 C1-C5의 알킬기를 나타내며, R5는 C1-C8의 알킬기 또는 C8-C10의 알알킬기를 나타내며, X 및 Y는 서로 같거나 다른 것으로서 각각 수소, C1-C5의 알킬기 또는 C1-C5의 히드록시 알킬기를 나타내고, R0는 하기 화학식 3, 4, 및 5로 부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 단위를 포함한다.[화학식 3][화학식 4][화학식 5]상기 화학식에서 R6 및 R12는 서로 같거나 다른 것으로서 각각 수소 또는 C1-C2의 알킬기를 나타내며, R13 및 R14는 서로 같거나 다른 것으로서 수소, C1-C8의 알킬기, C6-C8의 시클로 알킬기, 벤질기 또는 하기 화학식 6의 단위체를 나타내며, R7은 C1-C6의 알킬기, C6-C10의 알알킬기 또는 화학식 6의 단위체를 나타낸다.[화학식 6]상기 화학식 6에서 i는 1, 2 또는 3이고, R9는 수소 또는 C1-C2의 알킬기이고, R10은 수소 또는 C1-C6의 알킬기를 나타낸다.
- 제3 항에 있어서, 상기 3-이소티아졸리논은 2-메틸-4-이소티아졸론-3-온과 5-클로로-2메틸-4-이소티아졸론-3-온이 1:20 내지 20:1의 중량비율로 혼합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 수처리제 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 아연염은 염화아연, 황산아연 및 질산아연으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 수처리제 조성물.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 오르가닉 포스포네이트는 히드록시 에틸리딘 디포스포닉산, 히드록시포스포노 카르복실산, 아미노트리메틸렌포스포닉산, 포스포노부탄 트리카르복실산 및 에틸렌디아민 테트라 메틸리딘 포스포닉산으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 수처리제 조성물.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 질산염은 질산마그네슘 및 질산동으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 수처리제 조성물.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 미생물 성장 억제제의 함량은 0.05 내지 15중량%, 스케일 형성 방지제의 함량은 0.5 내지 50중량%, 상기 오르가닉 포스포네이트의 함량은 오르가닉 포스포네이트 이온을 기준으로 0.2 내지 30중량%, 상기 정인산염 및 아연염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 염의 함량은 정인산 이온 및 아연이온의 총량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 30중량%이며, 상기 질산염의 함량은 질산 이온을 기준으로 0.02 내지 20중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 수처리제 조성물.
- a)미생물 성장 억제제, b)스케일 형성 방지제, c)오르가닉 포스포네이트, d)질산염 및 e)정인산염 및 아연염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 염을 포함하는 다기능성 수처리제 조성물을 냉각수계에 투입하는 공정을 포함하는 수처리 방법.
- 제10 항에 있어서, 상기 수처리제 조성물의 농도가 1ppm 에서 500,000ppm이 되도록 냉각수계에 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 방법.
