Claims (5)
- 로터 베어링과 통하는 오일 유입 파이프라인 및 오일 유출 파이프라인과, 배기 가스 터보 과급기(5)의 로터 회전수를 얻기 위한 측정 탐촉자(7)와, 제어 또는 조정 장치(4)와, 압력 및 온도의 조절을 위한 조정 유닛(1, 2)을 구비한 배기 가스 터보 과급기(5)의 윤활유 파라미터 제어 및 조정 시스템에 있어서,상기 제어 또는 조정 장치(4)는 배기 가스 터보 과급기(5)로부터의 로터 회전수를 얻기 위한 측정 탐촉자(7)에 의해 파악된 하나 이상의 유도량으로부터 하나 이상의 제어치를 구하여 조정 유닛(1, 2)에 의해 윤활유 파라미터를 조절하며, 그에 따라 배기 가스 터보 과급기(5)의 각각의 운전 시점에 대해 과잉의 오일량을 회피하면서 충분한 오일이 공급되는 것이 보장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 터보 과급기의 윤활유 파라미터 제어 및 조정 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유도량으로서 배기 가스 터보 과급기(5)의 로터 회전수가 확인되고, 제어 또는 조정 장치(4)는 그 유도량에 의거하여 저장된 테이블로부터 오일 압력 및 오일 온도에 대한 제어치를 파악하며, 그와 같이 파악된 오일 압력 및 오일 온도에 대한 제어치가 조정 유닛(1, 2)에 설정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 터보 과급기의 윤활유 파라미터 제어 및 조정 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조정 유닛(1, 2)은 압력 제어 밸브로 구성되는 압력 조정 유닛(1)과, 열 교환기로 구성되는 온도 조정 유닛(2)를 포함하며, 그 열 교환기는 배기 가스 터보 과급기(5)의 전방에 있는 오일 유입 파이프라인에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 터보 과급기의 윤활유 파라미터 제어 및 조정 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어 또는 조정 장치(4)는 오일 압력 또는 오일 온도에 대한 제어치를 오일 유출 파이프라인에 배치된 다른 하나의 측정 탐촉자(6)에 의해 파악된 실측치와 비교하여 조정 유닛(1, 2)에 피드백 함으로써 오일 압력 또는 오일 온도에 대한 설정치를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 터보 과급기의 윤활유 파라미터 제어 및 조정 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 측정 탐촉자(6)에 의해 파악된 오일 유출 온도는 제어 또는 조정 장치(4)에서 저장된 한계치와 비교될 수 있고, 그 오일 유출 온도가 한계치를 초과할 때에는 제어 또는 조정 장치(4)가 자동적으로 배기 가스 터보 과급기(5)의 최대 회전수에 대한 제어치를 조정 유닛(1, 2)에 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 터보 과급기의 윤활유 파라미터 제어 및 조정 시스템.
