Claims (9)
- 몸체;상기 몸체를 관통하여 배치되고 긴 원통의 형상을 갖는 회전축;상기 회전축과 연결되고, 평판 패널을 세정하기 위하여 저면에 다수의 브러시모가 형성된 원판 형상의 디스크 브러시;상기 회전축을 둘러싸면서 상기 디스크 브러시가 위치하는 상기 몸체의 내측면에 접하도록 배치되고 상기 몸체의 내부로부터 세정액이 누출되는 것을 방지하는 제1 액막이; 및상기 회전축을 둘러싸면서 상기 제1 액막이와 면접함에 의해 결합하는 둘 이상의 제2 액막이를 포함하는 평판 패널 세정 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 액막이 및 상기 제2 액막이는 상기 회전축의 외경보다 더 큰 내경을 가진 중공 원통의 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 패널 세정 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 액막이 및 상기 제2 액막이가 결합되는 부위의 상기 제1 액막이의 단면은 상면이 개방된 "ㄷ"자의 형상을 갖고, 상기 제2 액막이의 단면은 하면이 개방된 "ㄷ"자의 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 패널 세정 장치.
- 제3 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 액막이 및 상기 제2 액막이는 상기 "ㄷ"자 형상에 의해 마련된 공간에 서로 삽입되어 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 패널 세정 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 세정액을 상기 평판 패널에 공급하기 위한 세정액 공급부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 패널 세정 장치.
- 제5 항에 있어서, 상기 세정액 공급부는외부로부터 상기 세정액을 공급받는 세정액 공급관;상기 회전축에 형성되고, 상기 세정액 공급관과 연결되어 상기 세정액을 공급받는 세정액 주입관; 및상기 브러시면에 형성되고, 상기 세정액 주입관으로부터 공급받은 세정액을 평판 패널에 분사하는 세정액 분사구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 패널 세정 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 액막이와 상기 회전축의 사이에 배치되어 상기 제2 액막이를 상기 회전축과 밀착시키는 오링을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 패널 세정 장치.
- 제7 항에 있어서, 상기 오링은 상기 제2 액막이와 일체형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 패널 세정 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 회전축의 일단에 배치되어 상기 회전축을 시계 방향 또는 시계 반대 방향으로 회전시키는 구동부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 패널 세정 장치.
